This morning between 5:24 am and 7:01 am CT, DialogTech experienced intermittent issues with call processing and web applications. During the reported period, a subset of phone calls failed to connect and some customers may have experienced degraded performance in accessing and using the DialogTech UI, APIs, and applications. This issue has been resolved.
