A previously posted Statuspage update stating that the scheduled maintenance on June 16th, 2022 was completed was sent in error. The planned maintenance has been postponed to a to-be-determined date. We will update our Statuspage and other appropriate channels with more information on the new date in the near future. There was no impact to the web application, telephony, or other services during the maintenance window of 10:30pm-11:00pm CST on June 16th.

As part of an initiative to improve call management on the DialogTech platform, Invoca will be performing scheduled maintenance on June 16 from 10:30PM Central Time to 11:00PM Central Time.

During this time, calls to DialogTech phone numbers may result in a busy signal requiring callers to retry.

No impact to the web application or other services is expected during the maintenance window.
